Organisations need to be able to systematically and purposefully evaluate an individual’s ability to deliver critical knowledge, skill and competencies considered vital for the organisation to prosper and compete locally and/or internationally with the most suitable leadership for the organisation, its strategic objectives and culture.
Depending on the needs of the corporation and the level of selection this can include:
- psychometric testing,
- identifying the candidate’s behavioural attributes,
- situational judgement or leadership ability development,
- evaluation of core competencies.
The selection processes can also include lower level employees for recruitment and selection.
